MBC is pleased to introduce Courtenay Bowman as our new General Manager. 
Courtenay brings more than two decades of Midwestern manufacturing experience, having worked his way up through his former company in Sugar Grove, Illinois, where he eventually oversaw an astounding 200% increase in employee count and revenue.
“Our executive team, along with Jim and Pete, interviewed Courtenay and believe he is the right individual to effectively manage MBC’s growth while also being a good cultural fit with the team,” said President & CEO Kirk Putt of R-V Industries.
As of last week, Courtenay has now joined our team onsite in Elgin full time and had a chance to start sharing his knowledge and abilities.
“As the leader in aerosol filling equipment, MBC was a perfect fit for me. I feel that my extensive manufacturing background and senior leadership experience will be a great addition to an already well-established team. I’m excited to take on this new role and look forward to taking our business to the next level.” said Bowman.
