Description
A six-pocket star-wheel holds pucks in which MDI 20mm cans are manually inserted and removed. The machine contains two stations which operate simultaneously, a vacuum/non vacuum crimper and a propellant filler. The operator manually turns the star wheel, with a can loaded, until the cans snap into the proper location under the two stations. The operator then presses a two-hand control for safety initiating the two stations to cycle simultaneously. After the cycle, the operator manually turns the star wheel and removes, then loads a new can into the puck that is located in the star-wheel pocket.
